It’s not your typical day at the office, but the Elite Ohana know how to heat things up! Staff members teamed up for a fun gathering of good company and good food, prepping over 350 pounds of pork butt to gift to our clients and associates just in time for the 2019 Super Bowl Game. The line-up included seven Smoke Meat Guys “smoking” for over 10 hours, and 15 office staff slicing, weighing, bagging and vacuum sealing over 200 bags of smoke meat. It was a major team effort to pull off a winning feast for our extended Ohana to enjoy.
Smoke Meat Marinade Recipe
- 14 gallons of shoyu
- 80 pounds of sugar
- 15 pounds of minced garlic
- 10 pounds of minced ginger
- Marinade for three days
