Elite Mechanical Inc. is a locally owned and operated HVAC contractor that has been serving Hawaii with pride and excellence since 1995. With nearly 30 years of expertise, we specialize in HVAC construction, installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial clients, primarily in the government, healthcare, education, and commercial real estate sectors.

Founded by Owen Muramatsu, Tom Nishi, and four other partners, Elite Mechanical began as a small sheet metal company driven by a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Over the years, the company evolved, ultimately focusing on HVAC services, with Owen, Tom, and new partner Pat Miura leading the business into new client segments and building a respected name in both commercial and federal markets. Their dedication helped cultivate a strong team and establish a family-oriented company culture rooted in the Hawaiian value of ‘ohana.

In 2024, Elite Mechanical was acquired by BlueTide Inc., a woman-owned kamaʻāina company dedicated to preserving Hawaiʻi’s small business legacies and ensuring a lasting local presence. This transition marks a new chapter, with a commitment to sustaining the high standards and community focus that have defined Elite Mechanical’s success, as well as the strong company values and culture.
